CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
I was feeling overwhelmed and desperate about my messy, disorganized house when I was lucky enough to find one of Sara's business cards. She was wonderful to work with: enthusiastic, positive, and with great ideas for organizing things so that once the house was clean, it's much easier to maintain. She is a great motivator!
— S.B., Hudson, Wisconsin
My closet is still extremely organized after a number of months, and it's very much working for me. I just can't thank you enough. It's really a freeing kind of thing. You were really easy to work with...you don't act like you're above the people you work with and you don't make your clients feel bad. You're so easy to talk to!
— A.F., Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Sara spoke to my church circle of 25 women. What a wealth of information she is regarding organizing the kitchen, home office, children's rooms, etc. Her ideas were creative, yet not difficult to put to use. I found Sara very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed working with her.

BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS

This multi-purpose dining room was used for meals, homework, crafts, reading, and more. We decluttered, moved out a non-useful desk, and created a neat reading nook in the corner.

The cubbies in the dining room were a great idea, but needed some simple organization. Individual mesh cubes were purchased and now store categories of necessities, such as crafts, school supplies, pet supplies, and more. Magazine boxes were added on top, plus a special basket just for library books. No more forgetting to return them!

This coat rack was a quick fix. We moved off-season coats downstairs, leaving only those that were currently in use. We replaced flimsy wire hangers with sturdy wooden ones. Colorful baskets separate out purses and winter wear.

This kitchen counter was the catch-all for mail, office supplies, bills, and miscellaneous clutter. We moved everything next to the kitchen phone to create a "mini office." Then, we puchased an inexpensive under-the-counter mail rack, which now holds envelopes, stamps, pens, tape, address book, and address labels. When bills are received, they are immediately put in a slot dedicated to invoices only. Once a week, the homeowner grabs the pile of bills and pays them, without having to search for anything!

This home office closet organization took only three hours. After removing items that shouldn't have been there (clothing, miscellaneous items, etc.), we sorted the remaining office supplies. We containerized many items and labeled all the shelves. Now this supply closet has room to grow!

This pantry needed help! The family couldn't find the food they needed, and the space in the pantry wasn't well utilized because of the deep and widely-spaced shelves. We added a couple of inexpensive add-a-shelves to make the top level into four distinct spaces. On the middle shelf, we added a large tupperware box to hold the kids' snacks so they could help themselves.

This basement workshop was a fun project! After sorting through the piles, we put painting brushes and tools in the corner basket, tape rolls hanging on the wall, and miscellaneous household fix-it supplies in the boxes under the table. The work desk had two great drawers to hold containers of hardware and smaller necessities. The owner of this great space now has room to work on crafts, gardening, fix-it projects, and more!

The pre-teen girl who lived in this room needed help with some major de-cluttering, as well as some tips for maintaining a clean and organized room. After sorting through TONS of clothes, about 75% were bagged up and sent to Good Will. This "after" photo was taken after only one three-hour session. Remarkable results given the short time! Time to Organize returned for follow-up visits to continue the cleaning process (see below), including the closet.
Space planning was also a part of this session. The room had too much unuseful furniture for the space, so one of the two dressers was later removed. Then, the bed was moved against the wall to create a better energy flow. The long curtains were later removed and replaced with neat miniblinds.

This child's closet needed help with a simple new system. A double-hanging rod was added, as well as shelves along the right for toys. Inexpensive clear boxes with lids now hold toys. Each box is labeled for easy clean-ups.

Space planning was the key to this project. The child's bed was originally placed in the middle of the room, which made it hard to maneuver around. The bed was moved against the far wall, and a coordinating dresser was installed underneath for clothing. We were able to remove two old dressers from the room, leaving lots more floor space for play time!
